Join Professor Angelique M. Davis and Dr. Rose Ernst to learn more about racial gaslighting and how to recognize and respond to it. Their article, “Racial Gaslighting,” won the 2019 Best Article Award for the Politics, Groups & Identities journal of the Western Political Science Association and has received extensive media coverage, including the Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Mashable, Medical News Today, and BBC. Defined as “the political, social, economic and cultural process that perpetuates and normalizes a white supremacist reality through pathologizing those who resist,” identifying racial gaslighting makes invisible racism visible.

We conduct in-depth Racial Gaslighting webinars and training for organizations, including universities, corporations, and non-profits. Those we’ve worked with range from large corporations such as Microsoft and Russell Investments to grassroots community groups.  Periodic introductory webinars are open to the public.
