Are you a BIPOC woman who often feels as if your presence or qualifications are consistently questioned? Have you ever spoken up about racism with train-wreck results? …or left an interaction where you spoke up feeling discombobulated? …or did you find it hard to concentrate after?
Have you spent countless hours preparing for and recovering from the energetic drain of these encounters, unpacking these interactions, or questioning the accuracy of your perceptions?
Would you be able to accomplish your goals and have more joy in your life if you didn’t have to waste so much time dealing with racial gaslighting?
If any of this resonates, this coaching cohort is for you.
Objective
This Coaching Cohort is a confidential and safe space for BIPOC women in leadership positions. In this 8-week coaching group, you will be part of a cohort of other BIPOC women with similar experiences. You will learn tools to recognize and respond to racial gaslighting so you can protect your joy in a racist world.
Format
The eight-week seminar is comprised of four coaching sessions presented by Angelique and four asynchronous weeks of activities to deepen your understanding and skill in applying the materials. It is the first of a series of cohorts on racial gaslighting. The second seminar will focus on how to respond to racial gaslighting and the third will focus on how to stop racial gaslighting.
Cost
The eight-week coaching seminar costs $1495.
